    The purpose of this initiative is to verify the company’s written non-discrimination policy on hiring and the workplace, and to ensure the publication of the same, with regards to coverage of these areas: Gender, Race, Color, Disability, Political opinion, Sexual orientation, Age, Religion, HIV status.
