    Separate from a mission statement, what has your company done to legally ensure that its social or environmental performance is a part of its decision-making over time, regardless of company ownership?

    This question is related to the legal requirement for Certified B Corps.

    Signed a contract or Board resolution committing to adopting a legal form that requires consideration of all stakeholders (e.g. signed B Corp Agreement).
