    As per the Governance section of the B Impact Assessment, a written Code of Ethics needs to be created and published to the company’s website.

    Instruction on the Code of Ethics needs to cover:

    – We instruct the Board of Directors on the Code at least annually

    –
    We communicate changes to the Code whenever it is updated
