    As per the attached Cost of Goods sold report for 2020 and 2021, all expenditures other than Import Purchases occurred within the company’s country of operations (Nepal).

    Shah Hemp exports 50% of Shiv Craft products, while 100% of Shiv Crete and Shiv Natura customers are from Nepal (within 200 miles across Nepal) of the company’s operations. Therefore, 84% of Shah Hemp total customers are national customers. Of that 84%, approximately 1/3 are more than 200 miles away, and therefore the total local customer percentage for Shah Hemp is 56%.
