    The company monitors customer outcomes and well being through the following mechanisms:

    Since the start of operations in 2016:

    – Site visits to Shiv Crete building locations to review local health and well-being outcomes

    – Community and customer meetings across the company’s local operations

    – Email outreach and surveys

    Since September 2021:

    – Dedicated online customer engagement groups and third-party auditing and verification through RAZ Finance https://razfinance.io and Roshem Impact https://roshemimpact.com

    – Company has formal program to incorporate customer testing and feedback into product design

    – Company has formal programs in place to continuously improve outcomes produced for customers (including reducing negative effects or increasing positive effects)

    With regards to formal programming, the company officially launched an online Customer Engagement portal through http://shah.razfinance.io (screenshot attached) in September 2021.
